Located between Sapporo and New Chitose Airport, Eniwa is Southern Hokkaido city thriving thanks to the convenience of transportation. The caricature on the pin is the flower mascot of Eiwa. During the latter half of June each year, the city holds a series of flower-related events, such as a flower expo, vase competitions, and flower-centered fashion shows. The mascot can be seen in his green outfit and elf hat, shuttling through these events.
