Located east of Los Angeles, San Bernardino County is the largest county in California. The flag in the picture is the San Bernardino County flag. The flag is a blue-white-blue triband at a ratio of 1:2:1. The coat of arms on the flag is derived from the original county flag. It is in an arrow shape, signifying the mountainside of San Bernardino. It is said that the native people used this symbol in ancient times to mark hot springs.
