The wood plaque in the picture was made to commemorate the signing of the Sister City Agreement between Taoyuan City and San Bernardino County and the establishment of trade and investment cooperation in 2017. The plaque presents the seal of the California State Legislature and totems of the features of San Bernardino County, such as the Arrowhead Landmark, grape and orange farmlands, and migratory carriages.
