Hakkeijima Sea Paradise is an ocean paradise attracting 4.5 million visitors each year, most of which go for the beluga whale. Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise is the largest water park in Japan, roughly 18 times bigger than Tokyo Dome. The biggest selling point of the park is the opportunity for visitors to come in close contact with marine life. The beluga whale in the park has a lively personality and often interacts with park-goers by splashing them with water. It's no wonder it has become the main attraction at the park. There are only four aquariums in Japan with beluga whales. The ornament in the picture is the prize and joy of Hakkeijima Sea Paradise.
