The main channel into Shikoku runs through Kagawa Prefecture, and therefore, it is known as the "gateway to Shikoku." Although Kagawa is the smallest prefecture in Japan, it is abundant in tourism resources. The famous Setouchi Triennale is a testament to the success of local co-creation in Kagawa. During the Age of Exploration, Japan interacted with the world through the Seto Inland Sea. The scarf in the picture has a blue base color, representing the open sky and vast ocean of Kagawa Prefecture and the freedom and bravery of its people.
