This crystal cup bears the signature of Swedish glassworks Orrefors. Orrefors was founded in 1898. Over the years, it spectacularly transformed itself from a deteriorating iron works into northern Europe’s largest crystal art manufacturer. Orrefors has made wedding gifts for Swedish princes and its products have also been given as wedding gifts by the Swedish government to princesses from other countries. Orrefors’ crystal tableware, with its delicate lines and transparency, has transmitted the elegance of the Scandinavian people to the entire world. The traditional products have a youthful beauty, and Orrefors products can be regarded as the embodiment of Swedish crystal products.
